Holistic therapy
A one hour retreat on your doorstep.
Gentle resilience
Alongside my coaching, I offer NADA ear acupuncture: a gentle five point treatment, using fine needles placed in specific points on each ear. You stay fully clothed, sit comfortably, and there’s no need to talk. Many people describe feeling calmer, more settled and deeply relaxed during and after a session.
My story
Back in 2010, when I worked in drug and alcohol treatment, I trained in ear acupuncture with NADA GB. Alongside the talking therapies on offer, clients were invited to join group ear acupuncture sessions.
It’s a silent treatment. Nobody had to share anything they didn’t want to. They could simply sit, rest and let the needles do their work. It wasn’t a cure, but many told me they felt calmer, slept better and found the hardest days a little easier to manage.
Over the years I’ve seen how much people value that quiet hour, whatever they are carrying, and I knew I wanted it to be part of my practice.
Today I welcome clients to my garden treatment room in Fleet, Hampshire, affectionately named The Nook. The NADA protocol is used in community and recovery settings across the UK and around the world. You can find out more about NADA GB here.
Acupressure beads
At the end of each treatment, I place tiny gold-plated beads on acupressure points in each ear. Many people like to press them gently a few times a day as a reminder to pause and breathe.
If you can’t make it to Fleet, my Box of Self Care brings the beads to you, delivered anywhere in the UK, with simple instructions so you can use them at home.
The beads can also be worn on the P6 point on the wrist, a traditional acupressure point that many people like to use when travelling. Unlike travel bands, they’re discreet and comfortable to wear.

Why people come to see me
Ear acupuncture and the beads can be used together or on their own. The most common reasons people come to see me are:
-
Relaxing deeply and switching off
-
Finding a moment of calm in a busy or stressful season
-
Winding down and making time to rest
-
Taking time for themselves through perimenopause and menopause
-
Finding calm alongside other support they already have
-
Taking an hour that is just for them
Ear acupuncture is a complementary therapy. It isn’t a cure and doesn’t replace medical advice or treatment, so please keep working with your GP or specialist alongside it.

I started seeing Lucy six months ago. Her lodge is calming and in an ideal location. Lucy put me at ease straight away. I am so happy I found Lucy. She is professional, caring, knowledgeable and listens well. I can't thank her enough.
Julia, Fleet, UK
Time well spent! I had the chance to receive some ear acupuncture from Lucy. I really appreciated her time. The session was brilliant. The needles are small and I hardly felt them. The places Lucy put them helped me relax deeply, it gave me a wonderful fuzzy feeling. I loved it and the after effects lasted for some weeks. Thank you very much, Lucy

I had a long haul trip coming up and was dreading the flight. Lucy combined her coaching techniques with relaxing ear acupuncture sessions, and when the day came, I boarded feeling confident and in control.
Lynne, once a reluctant flyer
Thank you for making my first acupuncture such a relaxing experience Lucy. I had my best sleep in a long time that evening. I’m looking forward to my next session and recommending friends and colleagues.
Lesley, Fleet, UK
Lucy’s treatment room is a snug, calming space and I automatically feel relaxed upon entering. For me, the treatment works quickly and I always have the best night’s sleep afterwards. I can’t wait to come back to try a Reiki session too!
