About coaching

As a mindset coach it is Lucy's job to help you discover your own insights, strategies and goals so that you can create the life you would really like. When it comes from you, your insights and strategies are so much more effective. Lucy helps you look at what is true and unveils the stories that you might be telling yourself which are keeping you stuck or running in circles.

Coaching is a partnership, a collaboration. Your coach is your biggest cheerleader and Lucy will encourage you and help you turn down the volume of your own inner critic.

One to one coaching is the most powerful and Lucy offers different levels of service to suit every individual.

Your first coaching conversation will be offered without charge. This is to make sure you and Lucy are the right fit before any commitment is made.

If you and Lucy want to continue to work together after this, then another coaching conversation will be arranged so that you can explore your needs and what you would really like to achieve from the coaching.

The rates will depend on how long you will work together and how often you meet. They start at £200 per month.

Once you have committed to a coaching experience, you will have Lucy's personal number to keep Lucy up to date with any progress. Throughout your time together you will given audio material and books that are relevant to you.

The coaching experience is not just about conversations. The significant transformations happen in between sessions when you do the work and reflect on your insight.

Having Lucy walk alongside you so that you can create your own path is empowering, creative and challenging too. Lucy is not here to people please, she is here to serve as your very own coach. It can be uncomfortable as well as joyous, as true transformation often is.

If you want to have a taste of coaching with powerful results, then this may be for you. Each conversation will be at least an hour, and will leave you feeling enlivened, invigorated and revitalised. You will gain the insight you need to develop your own toolkit to move forward independently. Of course, you will be invited to continue our work under a different package if you so wish.

Three powerful coaching conversations over one month with email messages of support throughout to encourage and support you towards your goals.

Enlightened

This coaching experience will allow you to explore further insights and really create the long term vision you want to achieve. You will be encouraged, challenged and championed to make the extraordinary transformations you set out to achieve. You will be asked from day one what you want to create, and we will work together to remove any limitations stopping you from living your best life. You will have access to my personal number so that you can reach out to me when and if you feel any fear or limitations preventing you from moving on in between sessions.

You will also be sent audio material as well as any books that will be relevant to your needs.

This is a three month commitment which includes at least nine conversations lasting at least an hour each. As every client is different, you will be offered to extend your commitment as appropriate.

Empowered

Six to twelve months of tailored coaching suited to your needs. This bespoke service is perfect for a longer term commitment with life-changing results. This is an incredible investment in your yourself which allows you to delve deeper into your sense of purpose and your longer term vision, leading you to create the future you deserve.

Three to four zoom calls per month for our time together.
Clear and concise notes sent to you outlining the key points of our conversation.
A personalised action plan highlighting your main action points as a result from our conversation.
Messages of support and encouragement between sessions to maintain your motivation and trajectory of success as well as audio material and relevant books.

The fees for this are very tailored to suit your goals, journey and the full experience. They will be discussed and agreed during your first free conversation with me.
